This policy explains what personal information Veda Microgreens (“we”, “us”) collects when you use vedamicrogreens.com, order from us or contact us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- When you order on WhatsApp: your name, phone number, delivery address, the items you order, and any delivery instructions you give us.
- When you use our contact or business enquiry form: the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, business details and message.
- When you pay: payments are made by UPI through your own payment app. We see the payment confirmation, but we do not receive or store your bank or card details.
- When you browse the website: like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To confirm, grow, pack and deliver your orders and subscriptions.
- To contact you about your order, delivery or subscription.
- To reply to your questions and enquiries.
- To keep records of orders and payments as required for running our business.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send you marketing messages unless you ask to receive them, and you can opt out any time.
Who we share it with
We share your information only where needed to run the service: for example, with the person delivering your order, and with our website hosting provider. WhatsApp messages are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep order and contact details for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete them.
