Delivery areas
We are based in Kasavanahalli and deliver fresh microgreens across select areas of Bengaluru. Message us on WhatsApp (+91 70421 28686) with your area and we will confirm whether we deliver there before you order.

Distance is measured by road from our farm in Kasavanahalli to your delivery address. We confirm the exact charge on WhatsApp before you pay, and it is added to your order total. For Weekly Greens Box subscribers, the charge applies per delivery.
When your order arrives
Our microgreens are grown in water, not soil, and grown to order. When you subscribe or place a custom order, we seed fresh trays for you and harvest them for your delivery day, so your first delivery arrives about 1 week after you order. After that, Weekly Greens Box subscribers receive a box on their regular weekly delivery day. We confirm your delivery day on WhatsApp.
Receiving your order
Please refrigerate your microgreens as soon as they arrive. They are best enjoyed within 4 to 5 days of delivery. Someone should be available to receive the order, or let us know on WhatsApp where to leave it.
Damaged or wilted greens: free replacement
If your microgreens arrive damaged, wilted or not as expected, send us a photo on WhatsApp (+91 70421 28686) within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the affected item free of charge in your next delivery.
Because microgreens are fresh, perishable produce, we cannot accept returns, and we cannot replace items that were not refrigerated after delivery or are reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
Pausing, changing or cancelling a subscription
You can pause, change or cancel your Weekly Greens Box at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp. Please tell us as early as possible before your next delivery day, since trays for each box are seeded about a week ahead.
Payment
We accept payment by UPI. We will share payment details on WhatsApp when we confirm your order.
