These terms apply when you use vedamicrogreens.com or order microgreens from Veda Microgreens (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

All orders are placed and confirmed on WhatsApp. An order is confirmed once we reply to confirm the items, price and delivery day.

Grown to order

Our microgreens are grown in water, not soil, and seeded for your order. Your first delivery arrives about 1 week after you order. Availability of individual varieties depends on our harvest; if a variety is unavailable, we will tell you and offer a substitute or adjust your order.

Weekly Greens Box

The Weekly Greens Box is a recurring weekly subscription. Each week we choose the mix of varieties based on what is freshest. It continues until you pause or cancel it on WhatsApp. Please give us as much notice as possible before your next delivery day.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed on our website in Indian Rupees and may change; the price confirmed on WhatsApp for your order applies. Payment is by UPI. Delivery is free within Kasavanahalli; other areas pay a distance-based delivery charge, listed in our Shipping & Refund Policy and confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.

Delivery, replacements and refunds

See our Shipping & Refund Policy. In short: if your greens arrive damaged or wilted, send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace them free in your next delivery.

Food information

Microgreens are fresh, raw produce. Refrigerate them on arrival and rinse before eating. The information on our website is general information about microgreens as a food and is not medical or nutritional advice. If you have allergies, a medical condition or take medication, please check with your doctor.

Website content

The text, photos and logo on this website belong to Veda Microgreens and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to replacing the affected items or refunding the amount paid for them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
